🌳 Florida Sand Music Ranch
Florida Sand Music Ranch is the Foundation’s facility and operating organization. It manages the property, maintains the grounds, and provides the home where festivals, concerts, workshops, and community events take place.

Stock Donations
For stock donations, we are using Stock Donator as The Will McLean Foundation Inc.
Stock Donator sells the stocks, and the Foundation receives the money minus a small processing fee. Donating stock will allow you to avoid capital gains tax. Consult with your financial advisor or tax professional for all the details.
Volunteer Opportunities
We’re located in central Florida, about two hours from Orlando. Directions and parking details are simple. Pack light but smart for a weekend under the pines.
Ranch Clean-Up Days/Weekends
These will be scheduled several times a year and each participant is asked for a minimum of 4 hours each day. Free primitive camping is awarded for each day. These days will not be scheduled during festivals. Work may include landscaping, cleaning, maintenance or other work that is needed.
Festivals
The Ranch has a concessions area where volunteers work 4-hour shifts between 11 AM and 11 PM. Early shifts help with setup, later shifts help with cleanup, and some volunteers assist with kids’ activities or breakfast service. Kitchen experience is helpful for meal prep roles. Volunteers may also join sales or cleanup crews under the kitchen manager’s direction. In return, volunteers receive free daily admission for each shift worked, plus access to a primitive camping site.
Will McLean Festival
The Will McLean Foundation runs this festival and volunteering is treated differently. The areas need for the festival are gate, merchandise, membership, concessions, youth area, general cleanup and green room. Free festival admission is given for each 4 hour shift of volunteering.
